Relationships.

Our relationship with ourselves often shapes every other relationship in our lives.

You may notice recurring patterns, pulling away when things feel close, over-giving to avoid conflict, struggling to express needs, or feeling anxious about being rejected.

These patterns rarely appear without reason. They often develop through early experiences, family dynamics, or environments where certain emotions were not safe to express.

How Therapy Can Help

Therapy offers a space to reflect on how you relate, both to yourself and to others. As we work together, we may begin to notice how relational patterns show up in the therapy room as well. This can be an important part of change.

Through a steady and thoughtful therapeutic relationship, you may begin to experience something different: feeling heard without judgement, expressing yourself more openly, and developing a more secure sense of self.
